10.2. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
